The MG5600DP Series Differential Pressure Transmitter is a high-performance industrial measurement device developed by Mega-tek, designed for accurate and stable differential pressure detection of liquid, gas, and steam media. It is mainly composed of personalized sensor components and central processing circuit modules. The sensor components integrate corrosion-resistant flexible isolation diaphragms, double beam suspended MEMS monocrystalline silicon pressure sensors, and integrated anti-high pressure overload center diaphragms, which lay a solid foundation for ultra-high overvoltage performance and measurement accuracy. With multiple explosion-proof certifications and strong anti-interference ability, this transmitter is an ideal choice for harsh industrial environments.

Adopting advanced double beam suspended MEMS monocrystalline silicon pressure sensors, the product achieves high precision with total accuracy up to ±0.02%. It also has excellent long-term stability, with annual drift less than ±0.05% and 10-year drift less than ±0.1%.
The sensor capsule embeds pressure and temperature compensation, personalized information processing, and storage circuits. This allows arbitrary interchangeability of circuit modules without recalibration, greatly reducing maintenance time and costs.
The panel can simultaneously display pressure value, current value, percentage value, and sensor capsule temperature. It also supports 360° display orientation adjustment, which can be flexibly configured through three on-panel buttons.
The circuit adopts redundant connections and fully plug-in anti-loosening module design. It has overload, lightning protection, and strong electromagnetic interference resistance functions, ensuring safe operation in complex industrial sites.
