The MG5600GP/AP Series Pressure Transmitter is a high-precision measuring device independently developed by Mega-tek. It is mainly composed of personalized sensor components and central processing circuit modules. The sensor components integrate corrosion-resistant flexible isolation diaphragms, sensor capsules, filling liquids and high-precision pressure sensors. This transmitter is widely used in measuring the pressure of liquid, gas and steam media. It has the characteristics of high stability, high precision and ultra-high overvoltage performance, and can meet the pressure monitoring needs of various harsh industrial environments.
Adopting advanced double beam suspended MEMS monocrystalline silicon pressure sensors and integrated anti high-pressure overload center diaphragms, the transmitter can withstand a maximum overpressure of 0~1000bar (0~100MPa). It has excellent measurement performance, with total accuracy up to ±0.02% for standard pressure ranges, ensuring reliable and accurate data output.
The sensor capsule is embedded with pressure and temperature compensation, personalized information processing and storage circuits. This design allows arbitrary interchangeability of circuit modules without recalibration, greatly reducing maintenance time and costs. The fully plug-in anti-loosening module design enables fast and convenient installation, which is safe and reliable.
The panel can simultaneously display pressure value, current value, percentage value, percentage rate bar, sensor capsule temperature and logo, and even transmitter waveform curve parameters. The display orientation can be adjusted 360 degrees and configured through three panel buttons. The circuit module has overload protection, lightning protection and strong electromagnetic interference resistance, complying with multiple international standards.
