Multiple floating balls enable multi-point redundant level detection, significantly reducing false triggering risks and ensuring stable operation in complex process conditions. The system maintains reliable performance under operating pressures up to 6.3 MPa and temperatures from -40 °C to +150 °C.
The probe rod is made of 316L stainless steel as standard, with optional materials including titanium, Hastelloy, duplex stainless steel, and PTFE lining. These materials provide excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and corrosive liquids, ensuring long-term durability in harsh environments.
Equipped with high-reliability switching elements, the device delivers stable and precise level switching with a basic measurement error of ±10 mm and a contact life of ≥10⁵ cycles, suitable for frequent switching applications.
Supports contact output with capacity of 1A @ 220VAC or 0.5A @ 24VDC, compatible with PLC and DCS systems. The device meets lightning protection standards EN61000-4-4/5 Level 4, ensuring strong immunity to electrical disturbances.
Supports top-mounted and side-mounted installation with probe lengths from 500 to 6000 mm, allowing flexible configuration for different tank sizes. With protection ratings up to IP67/IP68, installation and commissioning are simple, and the level control range can be easily adjusted on-site.
