MG8610 Series
The MG8610 employs RF admittance technology together with three-terminal shielding technology. It simultaneously measures impedance and capacitance, integrating both data streams to reliably eliminate the influence of material hanging and scaling on the probe and container wall.
Featuring a modular design with movable components that require no disassembly, the MG8610 offers a wide range of use, simple and convenient installation, and a long service life with virtually maintenance-free operation.
Engineered for liquid level and solid level control—including flakes, powders, and particles—the MG8610 withstands highly corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis. Its fluid-contact components are made of all stainless steel and lined with PTFE. Switching performance remains stable and is not affected by changes in medium density or temperature.
The output signal comprises two sets of normally open and normally closed relay contact switch outputs, suitable for flammable and explosive situations. A bright red/blue LED on the housing provides clear on-site indication, allowing operators to instantly distinguish between alarm and normal conditions.
Built with a high-pressure cast aluminum or stainless steel housing rated to IP67/IP68, the MG8610 resists moisture, vibration, and mechanical impacts. Wetted parts are available in 316L SST, titanium, Hastelloy C-276, and other corrosion-resistant alloys, ensuring long-term durability in demanding applications.
The MG8610 incorporates wiring error reverse protection and anti-RF interference circuitry, ensuring safe and stable operation. It delivers high control accuracy—±2 mm for conductive materials and ±20 mm for insulating materials—making it ideal for critical level control in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, electric power, food, and papermaking industries.
